Hi,
I am planning to apply for EAD for my wife who is in H4 visa. In USCIS website, it says below documents are required for "A government-issued identification document with photo".
A copy of your last EAD (if any);
A copy of the biometric page of your passport;
A birth certificate with photo ID;
A visa issued by a foreign consulate; or
A national identity document with photo.
My question is, do we need to submit all documents? or Do I need to submit any one of them?
Another question is, A birth certificate does not have a Photo ID so how do we submit this document if all are required?
What is a National Identity document with Photo?
Thanks in advance...
Venkat
