Hi,
I am on EAD and advance parole and my H1 has expired. My EAD is valid for next two years and my labour filing date is close and will be current in next 1-2 months. My question is do I need to extend my H1 and if so can I extend H1 after it is expired ? I am changing employer with AC21 rule with same role and pay that I filed in my GC. Please let me know.
