Anyone from 15th September been approved?

I mailed it to Chicago, and i believe national benefit center is processing it, since my receipt number starts with MSC

Today I contacted with congressman. I had to involve him since I am out of time. They say they will look and search it.
Any news guys ?

98 days and nothing

I am US Citizen, my wife applied and PD is 8/30/17. No updates yet. Did infopass yesterday and they said normal processing times are now 120-140 days for EAD’s. No more 90 days. They are too backed up

How do they expect people to live with just a person's salary and deal with every expenses. They are just so slow. They were processing August files in September 30th now they say they were looking July files. It's so irritating and not fair. May i ask Where your wife's case documents are?

Since she and my children filed concurrently for AOS, the EAD is always processed at NBC (National Benefits Center). Then the I-485 is sent to our local office. We live in Phoenix.

I called the Congressman and they called and ask to NBC for processing time. They said 90 days no 120 or 140 days.

Ok. You will see when 90 days comes and goes. Just look at the August chat. Some guys waiting 120 days and nothing.

Congrats!!! When was your PD date? Mine is being processed with NBC as well.. I tried getting through to someone over the phone but their phone options were so annoying I couldn't figure out which option it was to speak to an actual person!
