EAD approved or not help

First time posting.
So i recieved my reciept saying i was approved on 12/01/2018
still no card
Typed my number in to uscis. SAys application recieved
Called customer service and says the same thing.
Now i just created an account with uscis and it says i wasd approved on december 4th.
my lawyer says they have put in a couple of service requests but im not seeing it when i sign in?
anyone any help or advice?
