Quick question.. I stupidly didn't file for AP at the time i filed my AOS and EAD concurrently. Am I able to file for my AP now? I've received my EAD and social security number but I haven't had my interview for my green card yet. Would I have to pay a fee to submit my I-131?

2/20/18 - Paperwork received by USCIS
3/20/18 - Biometrics completed
5/9/18 - Received EAD
5/12/18 - Received Social Security card
5/21/18 - I-131 (AP) received by USCIS
9/21/18 - AP approved -
Hi, I filed my I-131 seperately as well and I didn't have to pay a fee. Remember to include a cover page saying that you already submitted your I-485 application with your receipt number. I think you'll just get a seperate Advanced Parole document!Originally posted by MicaAshani View Post -
