How exactly does one contact congressman and what does a sample letter look like. For expedited ead card.

You should probably put in a SR first. Gather the evidence for whatever reason you want it expedited and reply to the letter they send you. Try to resolve it without the congressman first and then if that doesn't work seek their help. Congressional's will instruct you to try the same. April 2017 - RFE response received case no longer on hold
April 2017 - Case is being scheduled for interview
May 2017 - AP/EAD received:
March 2018 - AP/EAD forms sent for renewal
Sept 2018 - AOS interview scheduled.
Oct 2018 - AOS interview
Nov 2018 - Green card in hand -
