Hi,
I am Pankaj. I am on L2 dependant visa. I applied for my EAD renewal, my I-94 is expired and my extension is under process. I got the following RFE for my EAD application.
"Submit copies of the principal beneficiary's (L1A/L1B worker) official company's employment record to establish that the principal beneficiary was in a valid nonimmigrant status (L1A/L1B) at the time the present change or extension of status was filed for."
I am not able to understand which document they have requested for. My spouse petition and I-94 are valid till feb 2020.
Would appreciate your help in that matter.
