Filing type is F2A, PD is 8/22/2016, RD is 10/16/2017. So far last action on my case is Fingerprint Fee Received on 10/19/2017. This is very frustrating.
I've file SR twice and got the same answer. My case is delayed due to other reasons not caused by me. Just wait.
I've looked at EAD expedite requirements and I think it is pretty difficult for me to come up with a strong case to request for expedition. I'm already working and do not really need the EAD. However, if I have it, it would be much easier for me to switch jobs since many companies now do not sponsor H1B anymore due to the uncertainty associated with the policy changes from the Trump administration. People on this forum suggested providing an offer letter or asking the company to provide proof for EAD expedition request. But I am not sure if I could get any of those.
Anything else that I could do?
