SSN received but not EAD card for my daughter

Hi,
I have completed most of the process for GC (EB1) i.e. EAD received for me and my wife, Interview conducted for the family (myself, wife and daughter) and all approval notices received for I-765, I- 131 etc. for myself, my spouse and my daughter. Only thing missing is the EAD card for my daughter. The system shows that her I-765 is approved on Oct 15th 2018 but no trace of EAD card yet.
Please suggest if any resolution in sight.

You should call them. It sounds like the card got lost in the mail.

Card is being Produced

Hi,

I think my case is moving towards resolution. I contacted congressman/Senator and Ombudsman office and in all probability, the Ombudsman approach worked in my case. I raised the concern with Ombudsman office on 3rd December for which I received the acknowledgement on 6th and USCIS site is updated with "Card is being Produced" on 10th of December.
Thanks all you wonderful people on this site for all the valuable advices that I have gone through and helped me in getting a resolution to this case.
