I called USCIS last Friday morning after I received the evidence request again even though they confirmed on my online account they received it. The agent on the phone said she couldn't really tell me much but just to wait 30 days from the date they updated my account (July 31st) so I will call again in 6 days time to see if any movement has happened or can happen. Because of these identical requests for evidence my case has been on hold since 6/5. Just sitting there doing nothing, with nobody looking at it.

6/5/19 Request for initial evidence mailed
6/7/19 Request for EAD expedite due to financial loss
6/10/19 Email from USCIS case cannot move forward until RIFE is received

7/9/19 Request for EAD expedite due to financial loss

So guys I just received an email saying my i485 card is in production! Two days after getting card in production for ead! Hopefully it is wat it says been waiting too long for this!!

Update: so after getting notification that i485 was approved just got notification ead was mailed!

My interview was today. I’m full of mixed feelings, everything went well but in the end there was not a decision.
We arrived about 30 min prior to appointment and the interview lasted a45 min.
The officer was a great military guy, very basic questions that turn into a conversation, very friendly.
First he ask for my passport (beneficiary) and then the birth certificate of my husband (-USC), then we raised or hands to tell the truth.
He said that it was a two part interview and first was my husband:
Identify your self (name and DOB), how did you met her, where was he from what do you do for a living...We talk about online dating (that's how we met) and they'll went back and forth talking about the i130 and the about my home country, because he visited last year. My husband forgot about his divorce date and I laugh, the officer mentioned, don’t you worry, I’ll get to you!! They talk a lot about my husband job and all the traveling he had done.
Then he began with my application (i485) and review everything, questions and such. Obviously I did forgot about the date of my own first divorce, and we laugh as well.
He asked then if we have anything extra for him, so I gave him the bank statements, and a few other things that we have in common. (Not much because the house is my inlaws); he saw the pictures and just kept the bank statements.
In the end he just said he was going to review everything between today and tomorrow, and then we should get a letter soon. I do fell the interview was positive and we were expecting an approval right away. So I'm back at the waiting game. ????

Gemini21 give it a couple of days keep fingers crossed I know the feeling of waiting and wondering when it’s stressed! Today my green card came in the mail it’s been a long time and worth the wait!! Keep me updated I’ll check in!
