Hi Friends,
Need help in understanding the process
1. Current EAD/AP expired on 8/31/2018
2. Applied EAD/AP extension on 8/10/2018
3. Received Notice stating that case is Transferred to NBC and on 8/24/2018 received another notice saying previous Finger prints will be reused.
4. Green Card Interview completed on 12/19/2018
5. With Notice of Action was able to work 180 days till 2/27/2019
6. Raised Infopass at USCIS Philadelphia office 2/28/2019 and was asked to raise request to expedite
7. Raised Expedite request on 2/28/2019
8. Case history updated saying the case was assigned to officer - so called to check what are the next steps - USCIS officer said need proof of letter that I will loose employment if i dont get EAD in time.
9. Faxed letted on 3/11/2019 - Trying to call USCIS now to confirm and request for next steps - it says there is technical issue and it could not connect to officer.
Can any one experience same issue.
What are next options.
