EAD Supporting

I am on L2 status and filed for EAD. USCIS is now requesting for a supporting documents of my spouse's approved I-140 or I-526 or I-360 form, but as her visa status is L1 she has only I- 129. Now how can I process my EAD from here.

Your help would be most appreciated.

Your spouse should have an approval notice for the L-1. The I-129 is only the application form. If it was a blanket petition, let her get it from her employer
