Going to India by parole

We are planning to go to India and recently we got our parole. Is it necessary to have transit visa if we go through Paris by Air India? I really appreciate if somebody can answer my question. I am calling travel agents and some are saying it is necessary and some are saying it is not. Please help us...

I think the best thing is to contact the French consulate for that. How long did it took for you to get the Advance Parole??
