  • Advance Parole and I-94

    Hi,

My 6 year period for H1 is over and I am currently working on EAD. I have Advance Parole document with me and I will be travelling to India next month. The I-94 form, the one that we get on entering US (white form) has expired. It expired last year, at the same time when my H1 expired. As we have to surrender this at the airport at the time of leaving the country, will the expired I-94 cause any problems or will it be ok since I am maintaining my status in the US through pending 485?

    Thanks

My I-94 expired in March 2003 and I changed several H1 visas till the end of 2004.
I never travelled outside USA since 2000.

Now I have EAD and AP.

Though the I-94 has expired you can still travel using AP.
Thats what the AP is for.
