Hello All,
My wife is in the state on a pending adjustment of status application (almost done, but you never know). She would like to visit her family outside the states and I have the option to apply for her for advance parole, but she will need to wait until it's done, She need to leave the states right away without waiting for the application to be filed and received.
Can I wait until she leave the country and then apply for the advance parole and then submit it to her?
Here is the paragraph from application I-131 for travel document:
so I'm trying to avoid both cases...
thanks.
