Hi,
I am on my OPT right now and working for a firm in Virgina. I was on my F1 and have completed all my course requirements but have not graduated. My I 20 expired May 2007. I am taking a break for my Master's and wish to enroll spring 2008 to graduate. Under these circumstances, Can I travel to India with an expired I20 in the month of August, 2007? I have my OPT valid until Feb 2008.
