My 485 details are as follows:
RD : Dec 20, 2001
ND : Jan 4, 2002
I have submitted only a single affidavit as proof of birth without any non-avialbaility certificate.
Am I still likely to get an RFE or has the time passed for getting it.
I subsequently got a non-avialbaility certificate and can submit if an RFE comes. How much do you think the approval will be delayed?
