Hi,

When we change employers on EAD when 485 is pending, should we take the same role that we are currently playing?

You can work for Microsoft, McDonalds, or whoever you want. When working with EAD, it does not matter what kind of job you have (for as long as it is legal and not intended only for US Citizens).

EAD interview

We had a preliminary AOS interview and have been waiting for 3 months now for the name check to be completed.

In the meantime we applied for the EAD renewal.

My husband who is the primary petitioner received a notice for an EAD interview.

What does that mean?

Any thoughts ?
