query on EAD

Hi,

I have received a query for the EAD application. They are asking for
"
A FOREIGN LANGUAGE DOCUMENT : Translator must certify that that the translation is complete and accurate and he/she is competent to translate.
"
I am not understanding what is this. How to reply for this.
I would appreciate anyone helping me on this.

Did you provide a document in language other than English. You need to provide a certified translation
