question for AP application

hi all
i need help in filing AP application. In the application there is a requirement that
"on a seperate sheet of paper,explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole include copies of any documents you wish considered."
can please somebody explain regarding this that what should we write on the sheet which we are supposed to attach or is it not necessary to attach the sheet.

That depends on your situation. Why are you applying for Advance Parole. Bytheway, if you are pending AOS (I-485) you do NOT have to provide any explanation.

yes ,i have a pending AOS... receipt date is 16th august and notice date is 1st october.so that means i dont have to give the explanation

what is the fees for AP and EAD form if the I 485 is filedis after the date of july 30th 07

Just submit copy of the I-485 receipt. The fees for EAD and AP are included with the I-485 application.
