    Hi,

    I am waiting on my AP. My question is:

    I know I can travel with it, however, I do not have my H1-B1 visa stamped in my passport as I have been getting extensions while in the USA. If I use the AP to visit family at home, will I need to get my H1 stamped in my passport before I return to the USA.
