i got my AP today. got it in 30 days flat. also got my Adjustment interview letter today. still waiting for EAD :-( and :-)

Which service Center did you use? Is it family based?

Service Centers are no longer processing APs or EADs for Family Based Immigration. All are handled by the NBC (National Benefits Center).

Moiz, so you are no more caged up in US. you can visit your family back in your home country whenever you want to and without having to worry about appts and facing the visa interview at the US embassy.
I assume your "30 days flat" was from the notice date of your application.

Anyway, its interesting that you are waiting for EAD, while my(and wife's) EAD is approved around 11/10 but we are still waiting for our cage doors to be opened (I mean to get AP). My app was filed with NSC around 08/16.
So, more info about your appl would give some datapoints I guess, unless you have updated the EAD/AP tracker with your info.

well there r things in life that u want first. i needed the EAD so that i can start working somewhere. i applied for the AP coz it was anyways a package deal with AOS. i really dont need to travel ryt now. just applied to be on safe side.to be precise it was 28 days flat from the notice date.

I checked my EAD status online. it says card production ordered. in how many days will i get the EAD card? i am expecting it next week.

I received my EAD card in 4 days since online status to "Approval notice sent"
