very urgent ead question

My husband applied for his ead (he is on H1 currently) ...we received a letter from uscis asking for photos ..we did send 2 photos along with the application. we were out of station and just saw the letter ...we were supposed to send 2 photos by today ...we did post them along with the letter we got but they would reach the uscis service center only by tomorrow ...will they reject his ead based on this ...do we need to call them and talk to them ....any suggestion would be appreciated ...he also has a fingerprinting appointment for ead today ..so is it ok if he takes 2 photos and gives them at the asc....

That is weird, they no longer required photos with the EAD applications, since they take one of you at the ASC for Biometrics. What exactly did this letter say?

they said they need 2 photos by november 28th 2007 ...and title and case number showed that it was regarding the ead ...ya even we were wondering why they need photos ....we have e-filed ..is it because of that?

oh and at his fingerprinting appointment the asc official said send those two photos to nebraska(our service center) ASAP with the original of our fp notice letter on which they have stamped ...is it ok to send the original (he stressed on sending original)? will we need it later on?
