EAD delay

Hi,

I m on L2.i applied for EAD on Oct 19.its already been 3 months but i didnt get any intimation about it.
can anybody give me a suggestion about what to do.

Call USCIS costumer service, have you received a notice yet? checks cashed?

Stop payment on the check and refile the petition... it may have gotten lost in the mail.

I had filed for EAD on 0ct 4th.. had biometrics on 3rd jan'08.. there was soft LUD on jan 6th'08.. Its been 112 days of filling, my case shows pending took infopass.. called the customer care.. they say my case is not out of processing dates bcos in the USCIS portal sep 29th is mentioned as processing date.. will resending the support docs along with biometric receipt help?

can u tell me when did ur cheque (applied for EAD ) got cashed and when did u get ur receipt from EAD?

cheque was encashed the next day of filling and received the receipt notice on 8th Oct.
I had been to infopass again yday for the second time and the IO was kind enough and issued a service request.
Today my status has changed to card production ordered.
