Have A Confusion

Hi Members,
I Have My Advance Parole With Me Which Is Still Valid, Iam Planning To Travel India But My Visa Is Expired In Passport And I Have Approved 3 Year Ext And My Ead Is Also Valid With Me , Since My 6 Year Is Over On My H1 And After Coming To States I Never Been To India And Used My Visa For Traveling And I Had Extended My H1 In Usa Only And Now Iam In The 7th Year .my Question And Confusion Is Can I Visit India For 20 Days On My Ead & Advance Parole , I Also Have My 485 Receipt With Me And I Applied On Eb3 .please Tell Me What To Do Can I Travel Or Not .if Yes What Should I Carry With Me So I Will Not Have Any Problem While Coming Back To States. I Can Get A Letter From My Manager That I Am On Leave To Visit My Parents. Please Advise Me What To Do. I Am Very Tensed And Confused. Thank You All The Member In Advance.

You can travel on your Advance Parole, which is in fact, meant for that very purpose. It is a travel document to be used while your I-485 is pending. Yuo need to return to the USA before the validity date mentioned on the Advance Parole document.

EAD is not a travel document and is not needed for travel. That your visa stamp has expired also does not matter since you will be using Advance Parole.
Be sure to carry your I-485 receipt notice to prove that your I-485 application is pending.
Also, it is always helpful to have a letter from your company stating your current position and their approval of your leave.
This is all you need to travel while I-485 is pending - Advance Parole, I-485 receipt and letter from company.
