  • AP and passport

I recently received my AP and plan to go back home. I am currently on AOS, EB-1 and P3, the latest I-94 I have stapled in my passport is from P3, should I also have an I-94 from P3 ? When do the port-of-entry look at the I-94 ? Sorry if this sounds very confusing.

Also, I heard when people enter US with AP, they bring to a different room and process the entry. Can anyone tell me what will happen there?

Thanks for anyone who can help.

You do not need your I-94. You leave that with the airline before you leave the USA and when you enter they will give you a new one.

When you come in they may send you to secondary inspection, it is just another room where they will verify the AP document and stamp your passport. Nothing to worry about, it may take 15-45 minutes though, so plan ahead for enough connection time between flights.
