Do I need to pay fees for my EAD renewal?

As per EAD instructions, "If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. " [http://www.uscis.gov/i-765]

My questions is: On my I-485 receipt Received Date is July 26 ,2007 (which is before the date mentioned above). But Notice date is August 27, 2008(which is after the date mentioned above). Please clarify me if I need to pay fees for my EAD renewal or not

Irrespective of it, you have to pay the fees. Your notice day does not count. If you paid old fees for I485, you need to shell out $340.
