EAD still pending 120 days

Hi All

I applied for EAD(based on L2) renewal online on April 6th 2008
and completed the biometrics on may 6th 2008
when it completed 90 days i took an infopass on july 08 2008
the IO told me that she is sending an email to expediate the process but still it is pending, i also took another infopass on august 11th 2008

Please let me what should i do

note : i have applied to Nebraska Service centre

It is really a hit or miss I guess. Many people that I know got their EAD renewals within 1 month from Nebraska. Was yours a new application or renewal?

Probably yours is sitting in some shelf gathering dust. Wait 30 days after infopass and go again.
