I-140 (EB3) filed last july 2007 - still pending
I-485 filed last August 2007 - still pending
EAD approved last sept 26,2007 - i just sent my I-765 Renewal 2 wks ago
Biometrics done last August 2007
my questions are..
1. Ive been working with my sponsor/petitioner since Nov 2007. (7 mos. working full time). can i quit job for the mean time while waiting for my greencard and come back again if i got my greencard? will it affect my greencard processing?
2. i arrived here in the US with a B2 visa (visitor) last Feb 2007. My country of origin gave me 5 yrs multiple entry. (expiring on 2011). can i still use my B2 visa to visit my country? or should i apply for Advance parole?
3. lastly, is my B2 visa STILL valid considering an immigrant (I-140) was filed in my behalf??
