HI! I want to renew my EAD. For renewal of EAD in form I765 I have query in Q16. eligibilty categories, in that they have asked, (". Go to Part 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. In the space below,place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions." ) what should I write it?

Right now my status is: 1. Aos is pending 2. I140 approved. 3. EB3 category.

I came to USA on B1 visa. then I have applied for green card on labour substitution. pls. advise me for my category. also guide me for Q17 also. it is also related to Q16.

I have prepared all documents for my EAD renewal. my last question for renewal fee check: on what name I issue check? means in favour of? I have to file to Texas Services Centre.
