Stay in US while Visa has expired and EAD in process

Hi,

Thanks for all your suggestions. Have one more query.

I am on L2 and my visa will expire on 30th Nov and my I-94 is valid till 2010. and my EAD renewal application is in pending state.
my husband's visa & i-94 will expire on 30th Nov and he will be travelling to india for his visa stamping.

My question is, can i stay in US when my husband is in india for visa stamping? If i go with him, would it impact my EAD process?

Appreciate your advise.

Read other similar threads. You can remian if the L1 absence is temporary and the job still exists.
