EAC Card and reentry into the US

I Have An Employee Who Has A Valid Eac Card (i766), I Assume There Is No Problem With Him Working In South Padre Island – Texas.

Its Noted On The Card That It Is “not Valid For Reentry To Us” So Again I Assume That As Long As He Remains Inside The Border, He Will Have No Issues With The Border Patrol.

2. That just means that the permit is for working and for traveling. To reenter the US, he may need a separate advance parole or valid non-immigrant visa, depending upon his exact legal status.

If He Stopped At The Border Checkpoint Inside The Us, Will They Require Any Additional Docs?
