Hi,

My wife on H1 & Iam on H4, my wife is started working from Jan'09. Is there any possible to apply for GC/EAD now or is there any minimum period to work to apply for GC/EAD. If we apply for GC/EAD, how much time its take to get EAD. If we get EAD iam eligible to work or not. Our visa will expired in 2010.Please give information to me.

You need to do a lot of reading. H4 cannot get an EAD unless the H1b holder's GC is in the last stage of processing. Based on your case, I don't see that happening for at least the next 5 years.
