Hello,
I'm currently on a H1B and have applied for the I485. I currently also have an EAD. My spouse though is still on a H1 and has not yet been added to my green card process as the dates are not current.
I plan on changing jobs and was wondering if I can switch over to EAD from H1. If do switch to my EAD, will my spouse be able to reuse my priority date? Will I be able to add her to my Green Card process when the date becomes current?
Can some one familiar with this process kindlt advice.
