a person i knowMr. S has applied for U VISA as he had entered the country illegally and was caught by the border patrol.but the guy responsible for bringing him in the country was also caught and was sentenced and this person helped the border security in that.now mr. S had ap[plied for U visa as well as i765 i.e work permithe upplies green card under the human traficking clause.his lawyer told him that such cases are never denied.his work permit application was denied.can he reapply for it?will it affect his I485 application?what options does he have?please help.
