    Launch startup on EAD

    I have been on employment based EAD for 4+ years, working for same company that applied for GC. Can I safely start a company/startup under my name with a friend who has his green card?

    If yes, any suggestions on what time of business entity is better is much appreciated (S corp, LLC ??)
