IS 10 months is normal???

They received my I 765 application for employment authorization on June 25th 2018.
Since then i did 3 claims online for outside processing time i didn't received a single answer.
I call to obtain an INFOPASS appointment and they answered me that my request does not meet the criteria for an infopass at this time...
10 months i'm waiting...
Any advice, help, ideas?

Try submitting request through this form and see if you get more info? https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

I'm sure you may have already tried checking through the outside normal processing times option (https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/dis...oPageType=onpt)

You just made me nervous !!! What was you I 765 based on ?

Did you ask them why you didnt meet the criteria for the infopass? or did you ask them why its been 10 months, why you still haven't received anything?

Talk to a Tier 2 officer. That's the quickest way in your situation.
