i have received a rejection notice for my new h4 ead (i765) filing because of some papers missing. they send entire application back including cashiers cheque. i want to re submit the application including missing papers. here my doubt is can i use same rest of the documents because they stamped with some number in all the rest of the document papers and do i need to pay the fee again.
