NOVEMBER 2018 EAD/AP filers
Hey guys I’m a November Filer (11/21/2018) we applied for i-485, i-131, and i-765 all at the same time. It’s been almost 8 months and still nothing. Any November filers experiencing the same? I talked to a level 2 officer two days ago and she said I might be hearing something soon. I’m so doubtful though, this wait is killing me.

4/15/19 - Received EAD
7/25/2019- Received Notice that interview was scheduled!
8/1/2019- received Notice of Interview
9/3/2019- Green card interview! Approved on the spot
9/6/2019- Received I-485 and I-130 approval notices
9/11/2019- received green card! -
If I’m not mistaken all EADs and APs are processed at the NBC??? But our local office is Chicago!

Most of them are processed at the NBC, but for asylum applicants and some others they may be filed elsewhere. I just didn't know if yours was a special case.
Based on your priority date of 11/21/2018, you would be outside of processing time by tomorrow. (Though realistically it seems much longer than because a lot of people who were November filers were getting their EADs/APs end of April.) My husband got his in May. We didn't request advance parole because we mistakenly thought you had to have a trip planned to request it. We probably won't have the AP in time to visit his parents in Greece for Christmas.
I really hope the EAD/AP comes soon for you. It is agonizing waiting for it.AOS marriage based (F1 marriage to USC)

Congratulations on your interview schedule! The wait has been really tough and all we can do was speak to a L2 officer Nothing yet... and it’s day 247. It’s so frustrating. We really are struggling here. Currently the waiting time for AP is 6-8 months... hopefully yours come sooner! Or better yet the GC ???????? good luck!

You probably saw already that the timeline for I-485 (c-9) has drastically fallen to 2.5- 5 months, that means our case is now put of processing time.Originally posted by xenargen View PostCongratulations on your interview schedule! I submitted a request yesterday. I highly doubt it is going anywhere, but I think it is an absurd what they are doing to us.Salt Lake City-UT

11/16- I-485,765 and 131rejected
12/22- New I-485, 765 and 131 sent
12/27- Documents delivered at 10 am (UPS)
01/14- Credit Card was charged
01/14- text messages for I-485 and I-131
01/22- Received form I-765 back. Got rejected due to incorrect fee??
01/23-Submitted I-765 again.
01/31- Early Biometrics appointment
02/01- Fingerprint Review was completed
07/30- case is ready to be scheduled for ...
08/31-EAD in hands
