Dear all,
I'm trying to expedite my EAD based upon the matter of an active job offer, student loans (which are now in the repayment stage), mounting medical bills, and credit card debts... Yipee. I'm working with my local Senator's office and they have advised me it will take until the end of the August which is perfectly fine. My issue arises with the matter that the job offer expires on July 31st and, whilst I understand our combined opinions cannot constitute a "guarantee," it will help me gather some form of understanding of whether to accept (with obvious conditions of the EAD expedite being expedited) or not.
Thanks in advance.
