New notification for EAD renewal

    New notification for EAD renewal

    Hello everyone,

    I saw a new notification today when I Checked the status on my EAD renewal filed on July 17th at Nebraska service center: "As of September 24, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number LIN1990xxxxxx, have been applied to your case"

    Prior to this, I have been getting a notification for months saying that: "As of september 24 2019, we have received your fingerprints and are working on your I-765 at Nebraska service center".

    Is there anything I need to worry or be happy about? Thanks in advance.

    Seems like it was a systems-wide update in terms of what messages they display. A lot of people got them, apparently.
    Canadian on F-1 married to USC (SSM)
    Field office: Manhattan/NYC

    09/21/2019: Delivered to Chicago
    09/25/2019: Fees charged
    09/30/2019: Case received
    10/04/2019: Biometrics appt received
    10/15/2019: Fingerprints taken
    10/16/2019: Fingerprint review complete
    11/14/2019: Ready to be scheduled

      I am Canadian too married to USC. Do you know if we can travel while our case is pending. I didn't not get my EAD yet.

        Do you mean EAD or AP (Advance Parole)? Or are you waiting for a combo card?
