L2 EAD marriage certificate
Hi everybody,
Could anyone let me know for applying for a L2 EAD do I need to send an original "Marriage Certificate" or a copy. The USCIS website says send copies and only original if written specifically on the instruction pdf file. Well the Instruction pdf file says Copy of I94, Copy of Spouse's Passport, Copy of his L2 Visa, But on marriage certificate it just says Marriage certificate (not mentioned the word "Copy" or "Original")
I am so confused.
Any help would be good.
