am on AOS Eb1 A category India with L1 validity till 2022.i have not used my EAD or AP yet

interview done April 2019
my son is 21 and has EAD and AP and has used his EAD for inter is hip already and has an employment offer starting June 21st, he is protected for age out by CPSA act as we concurrently filed I140 and 485 with family in Jan 2018.
question- in case I as the dependent needs to leave US for another assignment I oct 2020 and the GC date is not yet current, what are the options for my son?
