How to request for Emergency Travel Parole ?

Hello
Hope you staying safe.

I do have a question regarding I-131
I have file I-485, I-130, I-765, i-131 Marriage-Based US Citizen on May 29 2020 NBC (Local office - Mount Laurel NJ).
currently, I do have a valid visa F-1 (On OPT now) but I have to travel internationally in Jan 2020 but my advance parole is not approved yet (Not Even have done with fingerprint).

Should I apply for Emergency Advance Parole? How?
if yes then what are the chances of approval of Emergency Advance Parole??
It is okay to re-enter with my valid visa?

1) I would expedite the AP and not apply for emergency AP. Instructions are here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-in...pedite-request
2) Hard to say for emergency AP and expediting AP.
3) Definitely do not try to travel without the AP. Re-entering with F-1 is not advised for many reasons.
