USCIS Service Center Location
Does any one knows if you can pick which USCIS service center to get your applications sent to? Asking since we live in California and the processing time for field office in California is way longer than other field offices'. It's for marriage AOS GC.

12/07/2020: Package initial delivery to lockbox via UPS
01/03/2021: Package returned/rejected back due to missing signature on form I-864; reject notice shows MSC (national benefit center)
01/04/2021: Package resent via UPS next day delivery
01/05/2021: UPS shows package delivered, received by Chyba
01/20/2021: Check cashed; Receipt text messages hours later
