    H4 EAD precondition

    Hello Everyone,I am on an H4 visa and would like to apply for an EAD asap.Wanted to know if there exists any condition like the person has to be in US for a month or so to apply the same .

    Hi,
    If you are on H4 visa and H1B holder has I-140 Approval then you can file H4 EAD petition as soon as you can. There is no such kind of time limit to file the petition.
