Hello,
I have my EAD, valid until august 2012.
I did not apply for the Advance parole yet, today I have an emergency to go to India.
What are the possible option available at this time ?
Can I apply AP on Premium processing ? , even then how fast I can get AP ?
Is there anything like Emergency processing for AP ?
Also , wanted to make sure whether I need to apply for Transit Visa ( like , If I fly in British Airways ,need transit VISA for London ) ,if I use EAD , do I still need a Transit VISA ?
