On the
I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewal, there is a sections where it states
List your absences from the United States (if any).
For initial requestors or renewal requestors who were initially granted DACA by ICE: List all of your absences from the United States since June 15, 2007.
For renewal requestors: List only your absences from the United States since you submitted your last Form I-821D that was approved.
I had an advance parole that was granted for work. Do I add that as an absence? Or does that not count? What has everyone else done?
