Quick question:
My old I-485 was denied in 2020 and I got put into removal proceedings. My EOIR case is still pending and has never been terminated.
I now have a pending VAWA and an approved Advance Parole through VAWA.
Can I safely travel with this AP, or will my pending EOIR case cause problems or be treated as self-removal when I try to re-enter?
