What is the appox processing time for Advance Parole

Hi,
I am stressing, and hopefully someone can set my mind at ease.

I am in the middle of my green card application. It was rejected once because I didn't have the right check amount (stupid), AND I just found out after calling that it was rejected again because i didn't include the check for $420 for the I130....stupid again...I thought the $1070 covered it all.

Anyway, I hope to get the packet back this week and i will overnight it back with the 3 different checks.

My stress is I applied for advance parole just incase I would need it because my sister is getting married in December. I have a flight December 8th out of the country.

Can anyone tell me what the processing time for advanced parole is? I am assuming I am still ok (just super stressed), but if anyone has some insight I would really appreciate it.

AP processing time will be 2 weeks to 3 months.

Green Card through whom?I can see there is a relative petition ( I-130). I assume it is not a Refugee/Asylee. I am just asking because I witnessed some people that applied for AP and did leave and never got back into USA because they were out of status when adjusting! You have to be legal ( a current status now) before your AOS to need a AP while your case is pending.

I learned:Always check with immigration before sending application as they change fees or rules,and addresses anytime ! Yes, thanks I just noticed ( because of your post) that they change it in November 2010 ( if including I-130 in the package, put $420). Just relax; I understand your feelings. Just pray for the best! I believe you will get your AP in time! Good luck.
